The same, as a table
How phones came to us (phones whose first open fell in the period, followed to what they did afterwards. "Came back": opened on a second day. "Opened in Dubai": the phone said Dubai when it opened Saathi — a resident counts too. "Landed": the pass confirmed its arrival, the moment the 24-hour trial starts — only these can pay)
From tap to traveller (each way in, its phones placed on a ladder. "Passer-by": under ten seconds of use and nothing done. "Looked": thirty seconds or more. "Tried": a search, a menu, a route or बोलना. "Came back": a second day, the open that keeps the offline kit. "Home screen": opened from an installed icon. Seconds count use, not a phone left lying open)
Before the app loads (every tap that reached the app's page, counted by a few hundred bytes that run before the app does. "Saw the app": it finished loading and appeared. "Left before it appeared": the page was closed or put away first. The waits are medians, from the tap. Our own phones are not left out here)
How readers used the website (saafarsaathi.in, each visit counted once; "Stayed" is 10 seconds or more on the screen, "Scrolled" is a quarter of the page or more)

Product intelligence (decision 043 · outcomes are inferred, never asked)
Rates (95% Wilson range; thin data shows as a wide range)

Active time by pillar
Why no signal (the one-tap question)
The three agents (they read the figures above; they never make one)
Needs, Usage and the Product Strategist, every Monday morning and when you ask. Each line says whether it is a fact, an inference or a hypothesis; a line whose figures could not be found is marked unchecked.
